Returns and Exchanges
For all returns and exchanges, the following are required:
- The original receipt from your purchase.
- Original packaging and all items originally included by the manufacturer (incl. all manuals and accessories).
- Contact information (name, address & postal code, phone, email).
IMPORTANT: In the event that a returned order has items missing, the order may be refused, or the value of the missing materials may be deducted from the total credit amount.
Transaction fees for Refunds
There may be a credit card or payal transaction fee for returns or orders requested to be cancelled by customer.
Online Orders:
When you receive your package, please examine it closely prior to opening the factory sealed product packaging. Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable; however, we will refund your original shipping cost if you are returning an item because of an error on our part or we have determined that the product is defective.
Any product (with the exception of installed parts) may be exchanged or refunded within 60 days. Must provide original sales receipt and product must be in its original condition and packaging. All products are covered by specific manufacturer’s warranties. Must provide original sales receipt for all warranty claims. There will be shipping and re-stocking charges for returned items.
Shipping
Truck Parts Direct's free shipping applies to most items within Canada. Some exceptions may apply within North West Territories, Yukon, Nunavut, Labrador and other remote areas. Free Shipping does not apply to orders requiring truck freight, over 150 lbs or too large for regular courier. A shipping quote will be provided for your approval before any product is shipped in these circumstances.
